Returns & Refunds Information

We're sorry if you didn't love your product from HYME!

For full information on our refund policy, please read below:

  • To request a return please login here and see your orders: click here please.
  • For the exchange only the shipping costs will be charged. However, the exchange is subject to availability.
  • Please note that for Bundle Purchases, individual items cannot be returned separately.
  • Please note we only offer refunds if product packaging is unopened, the product is unused, the packaging is in a re-sellable condition and the refund request is made within 14 days of order. This is for hygiene reasons.
  • We have a 14 day refund policy; from the day the item is ordered, you will have 14 days to request a return.
  • If you have received a different item from the one you ordered - we're sorry! We will get the right product to you - just email service@hymebeauty.com with the order details and we will sort the rest!
  • Any items that are not returned as new as per the above guidelines we won't be able to refund your product
  • If you have requested a refund on an order which includes a promotional discount, you will be refunded the amount that has been paid.
  • Refunds will be paid into the account that was used on the original order.
  • Card refunds can take between 5 - 10 days to show into your account.

Further Refund Information & Non-Refundable Items

Faulty Items

If an item is delivered to you that is not fit for purpose it is considered as faulty goods. Natural wear & tear through use is not considered as a faulty good.

If your item is faulty when it is delivered to you, you can return it for a refund within 14 days from the date you ordered the product.


Return shipping label

For German Customers: 
 Orders are only eligible for returns with the HYME return shipping label. Once your return request has been accepted, an email with the instructions will be sent.

Please note: The cost of the return label is 3,95€ and will be deducted from your refunded money.
